Senior Instructor - certification prep (remote)

Rivermark Haven Learning Group is looking for a Senior Instructor. The job centres on certification prep for learning materials, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Families are partners. What you will do • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about learning materials. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. What we are looking for • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Patient, encouraging and clear. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in learning materials. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Toledo. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
