Senior Instructor - certification prep (remote)

We are growing our team at Northwind Ridge Early Learning and adding a Senior Instructor whose main responsibility will be certification prep. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about tuition and subsidies. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. What we are looking for • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. Nice to have • Subject experience in tuition and subsidies. • Teaching credential or training certificate. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Austin. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
