Senior Instructor - certification prep (remote)

Clearpath Pine Staffing is looking for a Senior Instructor. The job centres on certification prep for client orders, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 29 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about client orders. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. What we are looking for • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Patient, encouraging and clear. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in client orders. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Austin. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
