Senior Instructor - certification prep (remote)

Bright Beacon Staffing Group is a Fort Worth staffing firm for warehouse, office and healthcare roles, and we need a Senior Instructor to lead our certification prep. You would join a small organisation of about 160 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about timekeeping. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. What we are looking for • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Patient, encouraging and clear. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in timekeeping. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Fort Worth. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
