Senior Instructor - certification prep (Providence, RI)

We are growing our team at Bluepeak Loom Medical and adding a Senior Instructor whose main responsibility will be certification prep. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about clinical evaluations. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. What we are looking for • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Patient, encouraging and clear. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in clinical evaluations. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Providence, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
