Senior Instructor - certification prep (Philadelphia, PA)

Amberfield Lantern Early Learning is an early-learning provider in Philadelphia, and we need a Senior Instructor to lead our certification prep. You would join a small organisation of about 189 people based in Philadelphia. What you will do • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about tuition and subsidies. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. What we are looking for • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Patient, encouraging and clear. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in tuition and subsidies. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Philadelphia, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
