Senior Instructor - certification prep (Philadelphia, PA)

Amberfield Corner Staffing connects candidates and employers across the Philadelphia region, and we need a Senior Instructor to lead our certification prep. You would join a small organisation of about 39 people based in Philadelphia. What you will do • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about client orders. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. What we are looking for • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Patient, encouraging and clear. Nice to have • Subject experience in client orders. • Teaching credential or training certificate.
