Senior Instructor - certification prep (Orlando, FL)

We are growing our team at Summit Fox Medical and adding a Senior Instructor whose main responsibility will be certification prep. You would join a large organisation of about 785 people based in Orlando. What you will do • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about clinical evaluations. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. What we are looking for • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Patient, encouraging and clear. Nice to have • Subject experience in clinical evaluations. • Teaching credential or training certificate. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Orlando. • We reply to every applicant.
