Senior Instructor - certification prep (Omaha, NE)

Fernwood Sparrow Health is looking for a Senior Instructor. The job centres on certification prep for electronic records, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about electronic records. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. What we are looking for • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in electronic records. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Omaha, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
