Senior Instructor - certification prep (Nashville, TN)

Bluepeak Mill Care Services is looking for a Senior Instructor. The job centres on certification prep for caregiver training, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We train and promote from within. What you will do • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about caregiver training. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. What we are looking for • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. Nice to have • Subject experience in caregiver training. • Teaching credential or training certificate. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Nashville. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
