Senior Instructor - certification prep (Nashville, TN)

Westbrook Lakeside Care Services is looking for a Senior Instructor. The job centres on certification prep for care plans, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Teams support each other, especially on hard days. What you will do • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about care plans. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. What we are looking for • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Patient, encouraging and clear. Nice to have • Subject experience in care plans. • Teaching credential or training certificate. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Nashville, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
