Senior Instructor - certification prep (Minneapolis, MN)

Summit North Medical builds devices used by hospitals and clinics, with its team based in Minneapolis, and we need a Senior Instructor to lead our certification prep. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Minneapolis. What you will do • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about complaint handling. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. What we are looking for • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in complaint handling. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Minneapolis, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
