Senior Instructor - certification prep (Milwaukee, WI)

Northwind Cedar Care Services supports families and individuals in Milwaukee with personal care and coordination. We are hiring a Senior Instructor to take on certification prep. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about licensing. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. What we are looking for • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in licensing. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Milwaukee. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
