Senior Instructor - certification prep (Memphis, TN)

Redstone Quill Health Group provides primary and specialty care in Memphis, and we need a Senior Instructor to lead our certification prep. You would join a small organisation of about 146 people based in Memphis. What you will do • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about patient scheduling. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. What we are looking for • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. Nice to have • Subject experience in patient scheduling. • Teaching credential or training certificate. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Memphis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
