Senior Instructor - certification prep (Little Rock, AR)

Greenridge Corner Medical designs and makes medical devices in Little Rock. We are hiring a Senior Instructor to take on certification prep. You would join a large organisation of about 463 people based in Little Rock. What you will do • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about production lots. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. What we are looking for • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Patient, encouraging and clear. Nice to have • Subject experience in production lots. • Teaching credential or training certificate. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Little Rock. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
