Senior Instructor - certification prep (Las Vegas, NV)

Foxglove Meadow Medical Group is a Las Vegas company producing monitoring and surgical equipment. We are hiring a Senior Instructor to take on certification prep. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Las Vegas. What you will do • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about production lots. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. What we are looking for • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Patient, encouraging and clear. Nice to have • Subject experience in production lots. • Teaching credential or training certificate.
