Senior Instructor - certification prep (Kansas City, MO)

Redstone Pike Auto Group operates automotive service and parts businesses around Kansas City. We are hiring a Senior Instructor to take on certification prep. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Kansas City. What you will do • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about customer estimates. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. What we are looking for • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Patient, encouraging and clear. Nice to have • Subject experience in customer estimates. • Teaching credential or training certificate. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Kansas City. • We reply to every applicant.
