Senior Instructor - certification prep (Kansas City, MO)

Stonegate Fox Medical is a Kansas City company producing monitoring and surgical equipment, and we need a Senior Instructor to lead our certification prep. You would join a small organisation of about 23 people based in Kansas City. What you will do • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about complaint handling. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. What we are looking for • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in complaint handling. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Kansas City. • We reply to every applicant.
