Senior Instructor - certification prep (Kansas City, MO)

We are growing our team at Amberfield Wilder Early Learning Group and adding a Senior Instructor whose main responsibility will be certification prep. You would join a large organisation of about 956 people based in Kansas City. What you will do • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about licensing records. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. What we are looking for • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. Nice to have • Subject experience in licensing records. • Teaching credential or training certificate. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Kansas City. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
