Senior Instructor - certification prep (Kansas City, MO)

Silverline Loom Learning Group is an education provider in Kansas City serving students and families. We are hiring a Senior Instructor to take on certification prep. You would join a large organisation of about 644 people based in Kansas City. What you will do • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about family communication. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. What we are looking for • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Patient, encouraging and clear. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in family communication. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Kansas City. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
