Senior Instructor - certification prep (Kansas City, MO)

Amberfield Mill Care Services Group provides in-home and community support in Kansas City. We are hiring a Senior Instructor to take on certification prep. You would join a small organisation of about 44 people based in Kansas City. What you will do • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about family communication. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. What we are looking for • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Patient, encouraging and clear. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in family communication. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Kansas City. • We reply to every applicant.
