Senior Instructor - certification prep (Kansas City, MO)

Highbridge Amber Auto Group is looking for a Senior Instructor. The job centres on certification prep for parts orders, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 18 people based in Kansas City. What you will do • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about parts orders. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. What we are looking for • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Patient, encouraging and clear. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in parts orders. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Kansas City, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
