Senior Instructor - certification prep (Kansas City, MO)

We are growing our team at Silverline Corner Medical Group and adding a Senior Instructor whose main responsibility will be certification prep. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about clinical evaluations. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. What we are looking for • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in clinical evaluations. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Kansas City, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
