Senior Instructor - certification prep (Indianapolis, IN)

Summit Bright Staffing places workers with employers around Indianapolis. We are hiring a Senior Instructor to take on certification prep. We are in the people business and act like it. What you will do • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about timekeeping. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. What we are looking for • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. Nice to have • Subject experience in timekeeping. • Teaching credential or training certificate. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Indianapolis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
