Senior Instructor - certification prep (Hartford, CT)

Westbrook Drift Inspection Services is an inspection company in Hartford with field technicians and lab staff, and we need a Senior Instructor to lead our certification prep. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about test reports. What we are looking for • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. Nice to have • Subject experience in test reports. • Teaching credential or training certificate. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Hartford. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
