Senior Instructor - certification prep (Grand Rapids, MI)

Bright Iron Medical is a Grand Rapids company producing monitoring and surgical equipment, and we need a Senior Instructor to lead our certification prep. Engineers and clinicians sit at the same table. What you will do • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about regulatory submissions. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. What we are looking for • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Patient, encouraging and clear. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in regulatory submissions. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Grand Rapids, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
