Senior Instructor - certification prep (Fresno, CA)

We are growing our team at Bright North Early Learning and adding a Senior Instructor whose main responsibility will be certification prep. You would join a large organisation of about 957 people based in Fresno. What you will do • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about licensing records. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. What we are looking for • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. Nice to have • Subject experience in licensing records. • Teaching credential or training certificate. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Fresno. • We reply to every applicant.
