Senior Instructor - certification prep (Fort Worth, TX)

Highbridge Wren Care Services supports families and individuals in Fort Worth with personal care and coordination. We are hiring a Senior Instructor to take on certification prep. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Fort Worth. What you will do • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about visit scheduling. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. What we are looking for • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in visit scheduling. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Fort Worth. • We reply to every applicant.
