Senior Instructor - certification prep (Fort Worth, TX)

Summit Wren Care Services provides in-home and community support in Fort Worth, and we need a Senior Instructor to lead our certification prep. You would join a large organisation of about 585 people based in Fort Worth. What you will do • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about care plans. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. What we are looking for • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. Nice to have • Subject experience in care plans. • Teaching credential or training certificate. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Fort Worth, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
