Senior Instructor - certification prep (Dallas, TX)

Amberfield Ashton Health Group runs clinics and patient services around Dallas, and we need a Senior Instructor to lead our certification prep. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Dallas. What you will do • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about patient education. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. What we are looking for • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. Nice to have • Subject experience in patient education. • Teaching credential or training certificate. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Dallas. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
