Amberfield Maple Staffing is looking for a Senior Instructor. The job centres on certification prep for temp assignments, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 21 people based in Cleveland. What you will do • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about temp assignments. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. What we are looking for • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. Nice to have • Subject experience in temp assignments. • Teaching credential or training certificate.
