Senior Instructor - certification prep (Cleveland, OH)

We are growing our team at Highbridge Quarry Care Services and adding a Senior Instructor whose main responsibility will be certification prep. You would join a large organisation of about 683 people based in Cleveland. What you will do • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about licensing. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. What we are looking for • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. Nice to have • Subject experience in licensing. • Teaching credential or training certificate.
