Senior Instructor - certification prep (Boise, ID)

Foxglove Lantern Medical Partners builds devices used by hospitals and clinics, with its team based in Boise, and we need a Senior Instructor to lead our certification prep. Patient safety shapes every decision. What you will do • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about complaint handling. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. What we are looking for • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in complaint handling. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Boise. • We reply to every applicant.
