Senior Instructor - certification prep (Boise, ID)

Stonegate Ridge Medical Group is a Boise company producing monitoring and surgical equipment, and we need a Senior Instructor to lead our certification prep. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about complaint handling. What we are looking for • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in complaint handling. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Boise, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
