Senior Instructor - certification prep (Austin, TX)

We are growing our team at Bright North Auto Group and adding a Senior Instructor whose main responsibility will be certification prep. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Austin. What you will do • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about service appointments. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. What we are looking for • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Patient, encouraging and clear. Nice to have • Subject experience in service appointments. • Teaching credential or training certificate. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Austin. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
