Senior Instructor - certification prep (Albuquerque, NM)

Northwind Harbor Care Services is looking for a Senior Instructor. The job centres on certification prep for visit scheduling, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 14 people based in Albuquerque. What you will do • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about visit scheduling. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. What we are looking for • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Patient, encouraging and clear. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in visit scheduling.
