Senior Instructor - adult education (Tulsa, OK)

Fernwood Pike Medical is looking for a Senior Instructor. The job centres on adult education for production lots, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Engineers and clinicians sit at the same table. What you will do • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about production lots. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. What we are looking for • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Patient, encouraging and clear. Nice to have • Subject experience in production lots. • Teaching credential or training certificate.
