Senior Instructor - adult education (Tulsa, OK)

We are growing our team at Amberfield Juniper Care Services and adding a Senior Instructor whose main responsibility will be adult education. You would join a large organisation of about 627 people based in Tulsa. What you will do • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about care plans. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. What we are looking for • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in care plans. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Tulsa. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
