Senior Instructor - adult education (Tucson, AZ)

Bluepeak Maple Staffing connects candidates and employers across the Tucson region, and we need a Senior Instructor to lead our adult education. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Tucson. What you will do • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about onboarding. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. What we are looking for • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. Nice to have • Subject experience in onboarding. • Teaching credential or training certificate. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Tucson. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
