Senior Instructor - adult education (Tucson, AZ)

Fernwood Birch Care Services supports families and individuals in Tucson with personal care and coordination, and we need a Senior Instructor to lead our adult education. You would join a small organisation of about 41 people based in Tucson. What you will do • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about client records. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. What we are looking for • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. Nice to have • Subject experience in client records. • Teaching credential or training certificate.
