Senior Instructor - adult education (Tucson, AZ)

We are growing our team at Harborlight Ivory Health Associates and adding a Senior Instructor whose main responsibility will be adult education. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Tucson. What you will do • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about patient education. What we are looking for • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. Nice to have • Subject experience in patient education. • Teaching credential or training certificate. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Tucson. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
