Senior Instructor - adult education (Spokane, WA)

Cedar Vista Staffing is a Spokane staffing firm for warehouse, office and healthcare roles. We are hiring a Senior Instructor to take on adult education. You would join a large organisation of about 220 people based in Spokane. What you will do • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about client orders. What we are looking for • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in client orders. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Spokane. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
