Senior Instructor - adult education (Seattle, WA)

Northwind Cobalt Auto Group serves drivers and dealerships across the Seattle region. We are hiring a Senior Instructor to take on adult education. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Seattle. What you will do • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about warranty claims. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. What we are looking for • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. Nice to have • Subject experience in warranty claims. • Teaching credential or training certificate. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Seattle, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
