Senior Instructor - adult education (Seattle, WA)

Rivermark Fox Auto Group is looking for a Senior Instructor. The job centres on adult education for parts orders, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 34 people based in Seattle. What you will do • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about parts orders. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. What we are looking for • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. Nice to have • Subject experience in parts orders. • Teaching credential or training certificate. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Seattle. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
