Senior Instructor - adult education (Seattle, WA)

Nova Beacon Staffing is looking for a Senior Instructor. The job centres on adult education for onboarding, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Speed and follow-up matter. What you will do • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about onboarding. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. What we are looking for • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. Nice to have • Subject experience in onboarding. • Teaching credential or training certificate. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Seattle, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
