Senior Instructor - adult education (Seattle, WA)

Highbridge Junction Staffing Partners is looking for a Senior Instructor. The job centres on adult education for client orders, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 46 people based in Seattle. What you will do • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about client orders. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. What we are looking for • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Patient, encouraging and clear. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in client orders. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Seattle. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
