Senior Instructor - adult education (Seattle, WA)

We are growing our team at Foxglove Bridge Care Services and adding a Senior Instructor whose main responsibility will be adult education. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about client records. What we are looking for • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in client records. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Seattle, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
