Senior Instructor - adult education (Seattle, WA)

Silverline Clear Health Group runs clinics and patient services around Seattle, and we need a Senior Instructor to lead our adult education. We are busy and kind, and we look after each other. What you will do • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about patient scheduling. What we are looking for • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. Nice to have • Subject experience in patient scheduling. • Teaching credential or training certificate. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Seattle, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
