Senior Instructor - adult education (Seattle, WA)

Rivermark Fox Auto Group serves drivers and dealerships across the Seattle region. We are hiring a Senior Instructor to take on adult education. You would join a small organisation of about 45 people based in Seattle. What you will do • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about warranty claims. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. What we are looking for • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in warranty claims.
