Senior Instructor - adult education (Rochester, NY)

We are growing our team at Rivermark Sable Staffing and adding a Senior Instructor whose main responsibility will be adult education. We are in the people business and act like it. What you will do • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about timekeeping. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. What we are looking for • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Patient, encouraging and clear. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in timekeeping. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Rochester. • We reply to every applicant.
